Smoke extract systems installed in car parks are carefully designed and contain a number of interconnected assets all required to provide a tenable environment in a car park. 

 

The design will usually incorporate a combination of CO2 detectors, extract and impulse fans, control panels and smoke dampers. All need to be tested and operated as a whole. 

 

As always a detailed asset report with photographs per asset will be provided noting any remedials or advisory works that may be required.
